"No pavement - No two-track"

So are we building jumps for the road crossings? Maybe some skinnies. Or does pavement/two-track not count if you cross it only perpendicular to it's intended travel direction.

I'm on the fence on this one. I love Croom, but Feb is in drought season, won't it be a sand-box out there?

It depends. One year it rained 8 inches the day/night before and it was very fast the entire way. A couple of other years its been sandy. This is predicted to be a wetter than normal winter so maybe it won't be bad. Its a fun ride though.
My bike is more than a toy; it's my vessel.

It's a 35/50 challenge not a race; although some people see what their personal best is.  You never know what the trail conditions will be from year to year. That makes it challenging.  T-shirt, lunch, good times riding with friends is the prize.

Are the trails at Croom going to be limited to only the registered riders/closed to others? I would like to do the 50 but missed the registration, can I still go out and ride the route? (not looking for SAG or swag but will support myself)

Don, I think you can still sign-up since they had about 40 spots still open a couple of days ago...

online reg is closed, it said something about postmarked registration received before the 23rd(?) incurred a $10 fee and includes no swag. Postmarks require stamps which I don't think I've bought in over a year.

DRB keep me posted on registration. If we can't get in, we will just ride it the day before for free and I will provide the sag ;)

will do, just went on after work and saw the registration deadline. I figured you could still register because the links are still up for registration.

Just like any of our events the trails are open to all the public. It is the public who pays the bills on the land.Go ride and have fun...The rider who have paid get the swag and sag & breakfast and dinner. To me its worth the few bucks just my two cents.
