Have since added a specialized command seat post (which rocks!) and ergon grips.

OK, close to finished as I am going to get for now. may end up getting new wheels and drive train down the road, but will not be putting anymore money in it until I get my new wheels on the Trance... This is my back-up, rail-trail, hardtail, putz around bike...

That Hotrock is freaking sweet!

Thanks! The frame is Bomb Proof... The wheels from the Raleigh are heavy and old, but will work for now. I took it out to Boyette this afternoon and it rode OK.. The front hub has a little play but an easy fix, and it takes getting used to a 3x6 after riding 3x9 for the last 4 years... The fork is working MUCH better then the stock one did. The only thing I don't like is I cannot upgrade to rear disc brakes down the road...
