rockshox revelation u-turn setup

Hey, anyone else riding a revelation u-turn? I put one on my Tuner 5 spot & are having trouble dialing it in, how do you set your air pressure? (top more then bottom, bottom more then top, both the same), I tried it even but it felt bouncy, now i'm trying it a few lbs less on the bottom & running my rebound at 3/4 to the slow side.

Also, when its at full travel (130mm) the fork stays at around 120mm, whats up with that?
