I am taking orders for the Holiday season for custom beers. If anyone would like to have a brew crafted for personal consumption or a gathering let me know. A single batch (5 gal) equates to about 53-12 oz beers and can be made to your specifications. I have made everything from Irish Reds, porters, Imperial Stouts, Wheat Beer, Hefeweizen, Barly wines, and Lambics. I can also do custom labels for your bottles. From brew time to bottleing is about 4 weeks (longer on those beers with higher alcohol content), and a recommended conditioning/ aging time of 2-4 weeks depending on the beer. I personaly don't have anything like that in my repitiore but I do know of a few kits out that that make something similar to it. I would be able to make those for you if you like.  Here is the link to the kit:

I do not have force carbonating equipment, though priming the beverage can increase the alcohol content slightly. and since it is ready to drink once it is bottled (maybe a week or two for carbonating) the time from brew to bottle is much shorter.

I was teasing...I am not allowed to drink.....ask Gregg, Beercan or Marcel how much of a lightweight I am...I got tipsy at dinner in Jackson...after 2 beers.

I can get pretty close, there is a whisky brown ale I make that is pretty close!!

If you can figure out how to make beer flavored GU....I'll be first in line for a few cases. 

Out of curiosity, have you made any pumpkin ales?

I did make one last year.  It came out pretty good.  I am going to try another one this year but I want to wait until the pumpkins are just right.

No problem, I'm glad you guys enjoyed it.  I have my special edition holiday spiced ale on deck to be ready by christmas, but if anyone wants more let me know I can do more than one brew at a time.
