Topic: Croom this Weekend Nov 3/4

I just wanted to confirm that Croom is open for riding on Nov 3 and 4.
Can anyone confirm this?
Is there ANY hunting going on?

Go to MYFWC dot com and read the dates in there.  Even though there a couple days of no hunting - it is hunting season and I have seen gun toting dudes in the place when it was posted between hunt dates.  Wear something bright!

I checked the FWC materials for Croom for 2007-2008 and there is no hunting scheduled this coming weekend according to their brochure.

So, I'm likely to give it a shot (no pun intended) and to wear a little orange just in case.

If there really is no hunting, then the only thing they should be doing is scouting or setting up tree stands--hopefully, not shooting at bikers 

If anyone else has any thoughts on this, they would be appreciated.

I'll probably be out there taking my chances this weekend (in bright colors, of course). With the number of deer I've seen the last two times I rode up there, I'm sure the hunters will be scouting around.
