Boyette

2nd Sunday

All of Boyette Scrub trails are open and in good riding condition. Gator Pit, Golf Cart and Spider Berm are fast. North and South Abyss and are in good shape. East Meadow is good. All the Nessie (Loch Ness, Inner Ness and Upper Ness) trails are good.
The second Saturday of the month is scheduled trail maintenance; RSVP and join in to help us open up new trails: Pandemonium and Sidewinder

Loyce E. Harpe Park (Carter)

Varies

There have been a few improvements and changes to the park. There are no signs out there that indicate that the park was once known as Carter Road Park, however, there is new signage directing you to the trailhead.
The climb up Sprinkler Hill is sandy in the usual spots. The trail through the Woodline is in really good shape with a few bad spots which are mostly in the wider turns. There is a new strip of trail which goes between to trees in the shape of a "V" next to the trail where there is that knarly root crossing.
Going through the field is sandy in most spots till you get back into the woods line.
Horseshoe is good. They have cut out that big root adjacent to the board bridge before you make the turn. No other problems noted here.
Puff N Stuff, Cruddy Buddy, Baby Beast, Snake Ridge, Sneaky Snake and Rope Swing are in good shape. The worst part of these sections was a section of Baby Beast which is getting really rooty.
The ruts in the South Clay Road are huge. Dumping is still going on.
